- We do not accept personal insurance or do any billing. However, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance.

- Traveling on 101 South: Take Buellton HWY 246 exit. Turn Left on to 246 continue until you come to Freear St. Just past Freear and Just pass Jack in the Box turn RIGHT into shopping center.
- Traveling on 101 North: Take Buellton HWY 246 exit. Turn Right on to 246 continue until you come to Freear St. Just past Freear and Just pass Jack in the Box turn RIGHT into shopping center.
- From Solvang: Traveling West on 246 at first light in Buellton make LEFT into shopping center.
- From Lompoc: Traveling East on HWY 246…just past Freear and Just pass Jack in the Box turn RIGHT into shopping center.
THEN:
You will see Subway, China Panda, on your Left, Steve’s Auto and Tire on your right. Go straight and pass Steve’s Auto and Tire and turn right at the end of road, the office is located on your right before laundromat and next door to Curtis homes Suite “C”.
